OMG this is the best hummus i've ever eaten, and fat free to boot!!
1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
lemon juice to consistency (the amt in the recipe is a typo)
i doubled the garlic & added coriander & cumin. YUM!!!
