2-Week Stockpile Meal Plan -- so far

I started by copying the unused ideas, pantry situation, and unshopped items from last time. Looked around for recipes using what we've got in the house. Lots of ideas, just need to finish plugging them in. As usual, I'll update as I go. If my kids would eat spinach, mushrooms, and quiche, they'd be dang near perfect!

No-Work Meals; One-Hour Cook Time:

Spaghetti Pie
Bourbon-Glazed Pork w/ sweet potatoes

IDEAS:

Ravioli Lasagna
Homemade Pizza
Layered Taco dip (we had this last week but sour cream is cheap again)
Orange-Apricot Pork Chops
Maple Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Hammy Cheese
Mandarin Orange Chicken Roll-Ups
Broccoli Ham & Cheese pockets
Chicken (or turkey) Enchiladas (freezer instructions here)
Barbecued Meatballs
Pepperoni Pizza Twist with french bread
Empanadas with pie crust
Taco Ring with crescent rolls
Calzones
Taquitos
(notes compiled from comments: I brushed the tortillas with a Habenero Pepper oil that I had made in the summer and it gave it such a nice heat and crisp when I pulled it out of the oven/ I freeze them and then I just bake at 400 right out of the freezer.)

LOTS OF pizza dough: 5 thin crust & 6 classic

GROCERY LIST:

red pepper (just need 1 cup)
cashews? could use almonds or walnuts
ground turkey
(have a plan before buying it because i let 2.5# spoil last time!! grr!!)
corn tortillas
black olives
salt-free taco seasoning (there's a recipe i can modify here)
have a raincheck for a turkey
charcoal
lighter fluid

SUN: Broccoli Mac & Cheese w/ smoked sausages; breaded shrimp w/ crashed potatoes.

MON (co-op, choir, brownies, chanting): home sick, salad for lunch. Crockpot Chicken & Black Bean Soup, lite on the broth.
(note: Hi, it's Natalie, the originator of this concoction... I used onion, carrot, celery, pepper, mushroom, and a little fresh cilantro. Also some dry herbs and two slices of uncured bacon (trimmed of some fat, diced, and added raw.) I think the sour cream's perfect, but you could also use cream cheese or plain yogurt. Oh, and very important- squeeze on some lime at the end!)

TUES (gymnastics): calzones for lunch; accidentally tammy's for dinner.

WEDS (play practice, choir): cheese & triscuits in the car; cereal, leftovers, or tomato soup for late lite supper, depending on who you were.

THURS (piano): bkfst pizza for lunch, fruit salad for snack, cheese & triscuits in the car, general tso's beef & broccoli for dinner.

FRI (play practice):Pasta Meatball Soup

SAT: pancakes & leftovers for brunch; he wants to grill. so, steak, pork loin, and ummm something.

SUN: Italian Stuffed Pork Loin using the pesto from the freezer!!

MON:

TUES: Buffalo Shrimp w/ blue cheese over.. spaghetti?
